Shannon is responsible for cultivating an optimal employee experience at Sapient by managing our compensation and benefits strategy, new employee recruiting and onboarding, performance management, and facility operations.

Possessing over 15 years of experience in Human Resources management, Shannon's prior experience includes leadership roles within Valeo Financial Advisors, LLC and GEICO. A graduate of Stephens College, Shannon also holds the SPHR and SHRM-CP designations.

Outside of the office, Shannon is highly active in the community. She currently serves on the Management Council for the Junior League of Indianapolis and is an active supporter of other organizations such as Second Helpings, Women's Investor Network (WIN), and Building Dreams.
