Ellen leads marketing and communications at Sapient, helping shape the firm’s brand, strengthen its market presence, and deliver clear, consistent communications across all stakeholders.

She oversees the firm’s marketing and communications strategy, including brand management, corporate messaging, digital marketing, content development, public relations, events, and client communications. 

Prior to joining Sapient, Ellen led marketing and communications for Arsenal Capital Partners, where she was responsible for the firm’s brand, digital presence, communications, media relations, and investor-facing marketing initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held communications roles at BNY and Edelman Smithfield and began her career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan.

Ellen graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University with a B.A. in Sociology and a Special Concentration in Business Management from Columbia Business School.
