Mike leads the traditional investment team and has been advising families, entrepreneurs, endowments and foundations for nearly 20 years to help preserve and grow their wealth.

Prior to Sapient, Mike joined The KCP Group at Stifel in 2006 and became its Chief Investment Officer in May 2022. Previously, Mike worked in Anthem’s investment department, which oversaw the management of approximately $15 billion of investments. Before joining Anthem in 2000, now known as Elevance Health, Mike held various finance and accounting positions at Price Waterhouse, Conseco, and GE Capital.

Mike graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University in 1990. Mike attained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 1993 and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997.
