Joe brings over two decades of experience in a variety of leadership roles with broker-dealers and RIAs across numerous functional areas spanning front, middle, and back office including investment management, operations, and technology.

Prior to joining, Joe spent three years overseeing operations of a $5b+ RIA on the West Coast where he had a chance to lead the team through a crucial phase in its evolution as an independent enterprise by unwinding its back office from a TAMP provider.

At Sapient, Joe has been tasked with putting the enterprise in position where it can successfully scale while innovating. Creating a platform to unify client experience assembled out of carefully curated best-of-breed FinTech tools tailored to simplify financial lives of UHNW families is one of the key initiatives currently being pursued by the Product Development team.

Joe graduated on a full scholarship with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wabash College. He most recently completed an executive education program for emerging COOs administered by Stanford Graduate School of Business.
